I would like to invite you to participate in the Second International Conference on European diplomacy towards the challenges of the twentieth and twenty-first century. The conference will take place in the Palace in Ostromecko near Bydgoszcz on 5-6 June 2014. It is organized by Department of History of Diplomacy, Faculty of Political Science and International Studies University of Nicolaus Copernicus.
