Tagung für Praktische Philosophie
Salzburg, November 13 & 14, 2014
We invite proposals on all topics of practical philosophy (ethics, social and political philosophy, philosophy of law...) for the second Tagung für Praktische Philosophie, which will take place at the University of Salzburg on November 13 and 14, 2014. The keynote lectures will be given by Kurt Bayertz (Munster) and Heiner Bielefeldt (Erlangen). The conference fee is 30 Euros and includes one lunch and the coffee breaks.
We especially encourage early career researchers to apply. If you want to present a paper please send a short abstract of around 250 words until July 1, 2014 to philosophie@sbg.ac.at.
Please be aware that the conference language is German and only proposals in this language can be accepted.

With the support of the University of Salzburg there are ten travel awards available for researchers based in the southern-eastern neighboring countries of Austria (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia).
These awards cover the conference fee, a stay for two nights and a travel allowance of up to 100 Euros. If you want to apply for a travel award please send your proposal together with a short CV to philosophie@sbg.ac.at.
